Our Program

Colorwave was started to drive greater diversity and inclusion in the innovation economy. High-growth startup ventures have become one of the strongest pathways to economic freedom in modern history. However, many people of color remain locked out of these life-changing opportunities. We believe there is immense, untapped social and business potential in traditionally underrepresented communities. And seek that Colorwave serves as a key in unlocking the potential and power between these groups.

START RIGHT. FROM THE START.

"In order to grow well, you need diversity from the start - a diverse composition of people, where voices are heard and empowered from the very beginning. Studies show that after the 15th employee is hired, you’re guiding a ship that has already created its path. That’s why the startup community is perfect to test this hypothesis.”
