The cohort meets Tuesday - Thursday for the duration of the 8-week program.
Our curriculum is focused on helping fellows understand how the startup world operates, how to perform as the ‘only’ or ‘first,’ and creating a community of support.
We partner with industry leaders to help demystify the innovation economy for fellows and provide direct access to the networks that fuel hiring.
WHAT WE LOOK FOR IN A COLORWAVE FELLOW
Early career professional, 2-7 years of experience
Traditionally underrepresented racial or ethnic background
Open to new career opportunities at a startup within the next 6 months
Passion for uplifting and supporting communities of color
